Team Leader Technical Property Management (m/w/d)

Our client is a successful medium-sized company based in Nuremberg, which buys, modernizes and manages commercial properties throughout Germany. The real estate stock includes mainly retail locations where everything is coordinated from one source from the exchange of heating technology to photovoltaic retrofitting. The company focuses on flat hierarchies, a collegial coexistence and a lot of design space - who wants to work more often on site, is mandatory only one day per week.

For this attractive employer, we are exclusively looking for a team leader for the technical real estate management (m/w/d), who acts as a central interface between office, construction site and service providers. Whether offering testing, deficiencies elimination, conversion or control of our own technicians - overview, organizational skills and professional know-how are required here.

A motivated personality is sought with a pronounced understanding of technical relationships, which is also commercially versed. Ideally, you already bring first professional experience in real estate management or in the property management - a comprehensive wealth of experience is not absolutely necessary. Leadership experience is not a must, but the willingness to take responsibility should be present. Cross-comers such as craftsmen, electric masters, architects or construction managers are also welcome!

Technical support and further development of a nationwide commercial property portfolio with emphasis in Bavaria, Thuringia and Saxony Planning, technical assessment and accompaniment for new/reconstruction measures of branches (e.g. roof renovations, energy optimizations, deficiencies elimination, photovoltaics) and testing and negotiation of construction descriptions Regular object visits (approx. 1-2 days/week) incl. Date, cost and quality control Collection and evaluation of offers Guidance and control of two external service technicians First contact for specialist companies, authorities and internal employees in all technical issues

Completed technical training or Studies (e.g. as a craftsman, technician, project manager, construction manager, architect, facility manager, etc.) or commercial training with proven, well-founded experience in the technical field Embossed technical understanding, in particular for construction conditions, renovation and maintenance At least first contact points for technical real estate management Safe handling of common PC applications readiness to travel within Germany Independent, structured working and strong team orientation
