Management Assistant / Area Assistant (m/f/d)

You support development in strategic and operational issues and take over the coordination of central administration and organizational issues You provide frictionless communication with internal and external Contacts safe You track and report strategic field topics, create and maintain overviews on organization and transformation You support investment projects, budget planning and cost tracking You are responsible for travel management including travel bookings and cost accounting You take over the planning, coordination and follow-up of dates, events and projects, including project plans, as well as the preparation of evaluations and dashboards.

You have completed commercial training, completed studies in the field of business management or comparable qualifications. You have professional experience in office management, project assistance or comparable function You have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint You work structured, have extensive organizational skills, are service-oriented and reliable You always act discreetly, occur sovereignly at all hierarchy levels and are characterized by high integrity and loyalty You have a very good written and oral printability and can present content in a comprehensible manner and speak safely to groups. You master German and English in word and writing at a very good level
