Your tasks: You shall independently draw up expert opinions on the determination of market and asset values in the small loan sector within the framework of the requirements of the Implementing Regulation and the relevant provisions of the Pfandbrief Act. You are professional contacts for their colleagues from the market and market success. You determine the occupancy values of other specialists.

Your personal profile: You have a high affinity for real estate and have already gained first experience in real estate valuation. You work independently, carefully and structured. You bring the necessary motivation, resilience and flexibility.

Your qualification: You have a degree in the commercial sector (e.g. real estate businessman (w/m/d), bank businessman (w/m/d) or a completed engineering degree). You ideally already have knowledge of the LORA value determination software.
