Team Leader Systems Engineering (m/f/d)

Discipline and professional leadership of the Engineering Team system (over twelve people) Control, coordination and prioritization of system development projects from concept to commissioning Definition, Implementation and Development of Methods, Standards and Best Practices in Systems Engineering with Focus on MBSE Application of model-based methods (SysML, MBSE) for specification, analysis and validation of complex systems Close cooperation with adjacent departments, project management and product management Responsibility for creating system specifications, architectural designs and technical evidence Interface management between internal teams and external partners Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and standard standards Support in providing and evaluating technical risks

Complete technical studies (e.g. systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable) Multiannual experience in system engineering, ideally in a complex maritime or industrial environment Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and common tools such as SysML, Cameo or Enterprise Architect leadership experience, with a proven ability to guide and develop a team of more than 12 people Analytical thinking, structured working and methodological approach Embossed communication capability and safe occurrence at all levels Very good knowledge of German and English Management responsibility in a technologically highly innovative environment
