Operation planning, planning and coordination of employees for the department Staff management tasks

Monitoring of the Works Council and CPIs

Communication of defined objectives, monitoring of achievement of objectives

Promotion, training and further training of employees

Monitoring and further development of work processes in the department

cooperation in process optimization, as well as in the creation of new processes

Contact/interface to internal departments, as well as to our external customers

Observation and implementation of applicable occupational safety, regulations and process regulations

EC countries, economic and social cohesion, economic and social cohesion

Successfully completed three-year vocational training for the specialist in warehouse logistics or a further training for the specialist (m/w/d) in the field of logistics

Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position with well-founded knowledge in logistical processes and leadership tasks

Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Very good SAP knowledge, ideally in the modules EWM

Good knowledge of English in word and writing on communication in the international environment

37.5-hour week with regulated working hours, a working time account and additional work supplement
