Customer Service Technician SHK - Heating / Sanitary (m/f/d)

You carry out your own service, maintenance and repair work on customer-oriented facilities (heating and bath) in the Cologne area (including Bonn, Porz, Siegburg, Bergisch Gladbach, Frechen) You take flexible operations as part of our 24-hour emergency service to help customers in urgent situations around the clock You are advising and advising customers:inside directly on site about the variety of modern offers in the area of bathroom and heating and keeps reliably agreed appointments Occasionally you are also on a construction site with your colleagues to reinstall modern heating systems and modern bathroom facilities. You use state-of-the-art data processing and communication techniques for smooth and customer-friendly order processing from approach to documentation

You have a successfully completed training in the field of SHK (Sanitary, Heating and Climate Technology) or a comparable craft qualification with well-founded experience in customer service You have a high quality awareness in planning, execution and service and are ready to stay technologically up to date through regular training You are reliable, customer-oriented, enters friendly, are absolutely terminological and organize yourself in the daily tour and order processing You have a class B driving licence to run our technically extensive service vehicles and are ready to participate in the rotating 24-hour emergency service
