Complete business studies with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification First professional experience in the operational personnel work of an industrial company Good working knowledge Secure handling of MS Office and ERP systems, ideally SAP HCM Structured, self-responsible and targeted working methods Embossed communication strength Good English skills desirable
