In the Ev. Johanneswerk we all work on a common good work: we care and accompany people who need support. Around 7,500 employees contribute to this in more than 70 institutions of old aid, integration aid and in our clinics and kitas. Studjo – the name stands for the establishment of professional rehabilitation for people with mental, mental or physical impairments. We offer people who (still) cannot work on the general labour market, a workplace in Bochum or around Lüdenscheid. If you have completed technical and craft training, e.g. from the metal/electro, two years of professional experience and psychologically stable, resilient and flexible, if you are characterised by self-responsible and reliable action while at the same time being willing and able to work together as well as reflectivity, and you willingness to innovation and further development and It's a computer knowledge. Good if you were: to provide professional experience in the field of integration assistance; and have completed training as a specialist for employment and professional promotion (gFAB) or alternatively provide the willingness to acquire this professional support. According to § 30a para. 2 of the BZRG, employees must submit an extended guidance certificate before an activity in our institution. This shall be submitted to the service provider free of charge before the start of service.
