To strengthen our team in the performance department, we are looking for one/one Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Full time (38 hours) or parttime

Processing and testing of incoming performance claims Communication with all parties involved, in writing as by phone Coordination in the interdisciplinary team of performance regulation Compensate legitimate performance claims up to defined release limits (full power) reject and/or shorten of unauthorized performance claims cooperation with assistance; e.g. for the initiation of global repatriation or the organisation of outpatient or inpatient treatments of insured persons abroad.

Training as a merchant for insurance and finance Professional experience and/or well-founded knowledge in damage regulation in the area of private health insurance Professional experience and/or well-founded knowledge in damage regulation in the area of foreign health insurance Additional professional experience and/or well-founded knowledge of damage regulation in the area of private liability insurance are a plus but not a must. Computer identifiers safe handling of MS Office Languages German Language in Word and Writing Negotiating knowledge of English – like another – language Soft shots Communication strength Competence in dealing with complaints Objective and flexibility Embossed team capacity Conflict
