You are a technically competent contact person for our products so that you can offer our customers a consistent service and support Own responsibility, you carry out assigned installations, preventive maintenance and repairs of our entire product range in time Support our customers on site They carry out updates and upgrades according to the specifications of our manufacturers. They work closely with the Technical Support Team to process customer complaints and to identify corrective measures and customer tracking

Complete training as a technician, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or medical technology and first experience in service First experience in the field/technical service of medical or diagnostic products would be ideal Analytical skills for troubleshooting and testing and experience in handling electronic components Experience in the handling of network technologies Customer orientation and good interpersonal skills It would be advantageous if you already have experience in the following areas: Knowledge and practical knowledge in the fields of standard software (MS-office, SAP, Lotus Notes), in IT networks, electronics and precision mechanics own minimum driving licence class B have fluent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
