Maintenance and continuous optimization of the process “construction management” including the interfaces within the departments of the pvwerk as well as between pvwerk and third parties (Enerparc, Sun depth construction, subcontractors, etc.) Solution of technical questions on the part of the Bauleiter:innen Creating and maintaining a knowledge base for technical questions and solutions Unification of the working methods at the construction sites Provision of technical and HSE regulations and verification on compliance Reporting on project progress at the level of individual and total projects Systematic exchange with the construction managers:inside to best-practise, new regulations etc. Quality review and assurance in Germany and abroad (Europe) Optimization of construction processes in Germany and abroad (Europe) Coordination with other departments (planning, project development, controlling, finance, etc.)

Graduate degree in engineering, electrical engineering, architecture or a comparable degree Expertise in the performance phases of HOAI, as well as in the construction order law desirable Experiences necessary in the building management Project management skills negotiation skills in handling clients and contractors Ability to cross-disciplinary, collegial cooperation a high level of sense of responsibility, social competence and empathy, as well as applied appearance and convincing expressive and communication skills reliable knowledge of German and English in word and writing
