Your tasks

Accompany exciting construction projects and experience all facets of project management and management close to the skin Your job is pure communication – you bring people together, coordinate processes and keep everyone in exchange Take responsibility, e.g. for project organization, cost tracking, scheduling and quality control Quality assurance means above all our activity at the project office on site in Kaiserlautern-Weilerbach, combined with separate service travel appointments for optimal coordination Bring your ideas to tender and actively support us in the acquisition of new projects Design your own development: If you are interested, you can later take care of work students and gain first leadership experience

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable discipline First practical experience (e.g. in construction monitoring are a plus, but no need) Motivation, hand-on mentality and high learning readiness Team spirit – you like to work independently, but never alone Strong communication and contact capability, as we are in close cooperation with various stakeholders in project management Moderation and presentation strength combined with digital competence and sound MS office skills Very good expressiveness and formulation in German, as oral and written communication belongs to our To-Do's internally and externally daily Valid driving permit, as we are always looking for cross-project exchange
