Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the planning team Control, coordination and optimization of planning processes for near and district heating networks and energy contracting projects Individually responsible development of holistic heat supply concepts – from feasibility study to realization Planning and planning of heat supply systems and pipeline networks from technical, economic and regulatory aspects Creation of offers, economic considerations and planning services according to HOAI Responsibility for the execution of projects according to time, cost and quality Coordination of external engineering offices, specialist planners and service providers and cooperation with authorities, municipalities and contractors Presentation of technical concepts and offers for existing and new customers together with sales Continuous optimization of existing heat networks and the development of innovative supply solutions Cooperation in economic planning, evaluations, analyses and statistics Promoting the professional development of your employees and ensuring a structured incorporation of new team members

You combine technical know-how with leadership skills and inspire sustainable energy supply. Successfully completed studies of energy, supply, mechanical engineering or supply technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the planning and implementation of heat supply or energy infrastructure projects Multiannual experience in a leadership function Very good knowledge in the field of near and district heating, energy contracting and the relevant technical regulations (DIN, VDI etc.) Good knowledge of contract and construction law (especially HOAI) as well as the relevant legal framework and funding programmes Experience in planning, tendering, construction monitoring and optimization of technical installations Impressed communication and negotiation skills as well as safe occurrence to customers, authorities and project partners Structured, self-responsible and economically shaped mode of operation driving licence class B
