As a Sales Operations Administrator (m/w/d), you will support the various sales areas brand inland, brand and eCommerce in all administrative and analytical tasks. The following exciting tasks await you:

Customer income statement: You care and control the sales system, monthly tune the data and provide relevant information

Key Account Support: You check annual agreements and commitment commitments, first budgets and prepare budget discussions

Customer evaluations: In addition, you provide evaluations and data as a basis for decision-making for the Key Account Management

Customer support: You implement agreements, create sales and sales jobs, process complaints and plead customer records

Customer calculations & pricing: You create self-responsible calculations, store conditions and support key account management in evaluations

Accounting & licensing: Your tasks include the independent execution of advertising cost grants, license bills and fees as well as the coordination with finance and controlling

In addition to a completed commercial training, you can ideally demonstrate a further qualification, such as an IHK farmer.

You bring multi-year professional experience in sales, accounting or controlling

Knowledge of the German trade and customer structure is obvious to you

Your detailed knowledge of how to deal with customer results, Bl systems and SAP R/3 (SD, FI, CO-PA) characterize you

Above-average Excel knowledge as well as a safe handling of MS Office complete your profile

Your high customer orientation, analytical ability, and self-initiative make you the ideal team member
