You are used in support care as well as personal assistance for young people who are most severely disabled in school life. You provide individual support services in consultation with the teacher team and contribute to the best possible participation in the education process. You carry out individual support and support in small groups as part of a holistic educational approach of the funding school and contribute to the individual development of the students. In dealing with pupils from the autism spectrum, you develop a trusted, reliable relationship in everyday school life, accompany them especially in challenging crisis situations and thus support the educational work of the school, so that these pupils can develop their potential in everyday school life. With the aim of providing the best possible support for pupils, you are networking with participants such as teachers, therapists and guardians and agreeing on measures to support pupils. You take over the documentation and preparation of your work and are responsible for the design and maintenance of the delivery rooms. In addition, you take over the practical instructions for trainees and trainees in the year of recognition and support them in their professional and personal development.
