Monitoring the smooth running of the processes and their continuous improvement Responsibility for compliance with the safety regulations and compliance with quality and performance standards Reporting of risks and incidents as well as proactive response to risks for the handling of work orders Team involvement and motivation, responsibility for achieving the defined goals managing emergency situations in the assigned area as well as reporting results Issue of protective clothing and personal protective equipment and guidance of the related documents

Experience in work in a distribution center or commissioning of advantage At least 3 years of professional experience in production / in the warehouse as well as at least one year experience in the position of a warehouse ladder The willingness to develop and learn new skills Very good work organization, responsiveness and stress resistance Liquid German knowledge available in word and writing, English or Polish knowledge desirable Good knowledge about MS Office – especially Excel
