Support and further development of our SAP HCM landscape with a focus on payroll and time management Customizing relevant modules (including schemes, rules, wage types, working time models) incl. Implementation of legal requirements (e.g. ELStAM, DEÜV, RVBEA) Management of allowances and reporting procedures in exchange with authorities and social security institutions Maintenance and connection of interfaces to systems such as SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc and external time/access solutions Working with digital HR projects from idea to implementation
