You become part of the topsystem GmbH and thus part of the EPG. As Support Specialist (m/w/d) you contribute to the digital and smart logistics of tomorrow! As part of the Service & Support team of our Logistics Solutions division, you are not only a system administrator, but also a contact person for our customers on complaints and maintenance. In the Voice Solutions division, you can solve problems and irregularities with our LYDIA Voice products as the first contact person for our customers and develop as a technical expert. THE ASSESSMENTS - This will make you do something You are responsible for our firm customer base in complaints, from reporting on pre-analysis to accepting a solution. You work in our ever-growing applications and reproduce reported problems in our local test environment if necessary. You provide data and insights for the 3rd level support so that it can support targeted and fast. You exchange with our developer team about issues to be corrected and questions. You manage customer messages in our ticket system. You know the importance of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensure their compliance with the satisfaction of our customers. You bring ideas to the further development of our support processes and actively shape them.

You have completed vocational training as a specialist or comparable professional training. Alternatively, you are cross-releasers and want to switch to support, but are familiar with essential information technology topics.

User problems under Windows do not only understand superficial, but you know where to look “behind the culls”. Knowledge of the following topics will make it easier to enter your new role: Jira, Confluence, Windows CE, Android, Network (in particular WLAN), Windows Server, Linux, Docker, SQL, Java, Oracle. You have a strong affinity for information technology topics, complex software is fun for you. Your profile is rounded off by good knowledge of German and English.
