These are your tasks:

• Guidance & Coaching: You take over the leadership and further development of the Operations team.
• Operative control: For a smooth run within the sales operation team and coordinates sales requirements.
• Process optimization: You analyze existing processes, develop improvements and optimierst operating key figures.
• Interface management: You work closely with sales, product management & internal departments.
• Customer requirements: You accept customer requests, prioritize them and ensure efficient implementation.

• Experience: You have already managed teams or are ready for the next step.
• Current background: Completed commercial training or economic studies.
