Compliance Officer - Testing and Monitoring (m/f/d)

You are part of the central compliance area and act internally as local compliance testing and monitoring officer In your role, you are responsible for the development and monitoring of the compliance plan, the implementation of compliance controls and monitoring activities and the coordination of the compliance risk assessment (identification/assessment of compliance risks) You are responsible for the legal monitoring framework and monitor the implementation of identified legal changes in the relevant fields You are responsible for general compliance tasks and assists in the further development of our compliance management system You work closely with the central and decentralized compliance contact persons:in addition to other interfaces and areas such as law, risk management and sales You accompany and support internal and external audits You are part of the Group-wide compliance network and participate in internal and external working groups on compliance risks and controls Furthermore, on your agenda: participation in the implementation of projects and/or internal or external specifications, conceptual elaborations and ad hoc tasks, presentations and reports on compliance topics for internal and external occasions

You have a successfully completed study of law, economic law or comparable studies You have at least three years of experience in compliance, risk management or audit, ideally in financial or insurance You have a good process understanding and knowledge about control and monitoring procedures. In-depth knowledge of legal and supervisory compliance requirements and regulations are advantageous You are safe in handling IT tools and are interested in AI developments Entrepreneurial thinking, structured and solution-oriented work as well as communication strength and sovereign appearance characterize you You also have an extraordinary readiness, ability to enforce, are committed, flexible and a team player:in Learning German and English round your profile
