As a customer service administrator in the sales service (m/w/d) of the WORX brand, you take over the independent support of our trading partners and external service employees. For smooth order processing, from the processing of incoming orders to the coordination of delivery dates. With your service idea and your structured work, you are a key contributor to the success of our team. Your tasks:

You take responsibility: You process in-house customer orders via EDI, Mail, Fax, and Internet portals for smooth processing You have a look at the Big Picture: You always have an eye on the product availability and delivery dates and make sure that invoices are created on time in the SAP ECC system Your expertise is available: You take care of the testing and processing of load indications and deficiencies of our customers and ensure the creation of returns and credits Your master data is your metier: You take care of customer and price data in the SAP ECC System Teamwork is at the top of you: you work closely with sales, finance, logistics and external service providers to ensure a smooth process

Your training: You bring relevant professional experience and a completed commercial training, ideally in the field of industry, wholesale and foreign trade, or a comparable qualification SAP is your daily tool: you have experience in the SAP ECC modules SD and MM and use it routined in your working day Structured and solution-oriented: You work independently and always keep an overview You remain under pressure: flexibility, resilience and a conscientious way of working Think beyond the edge of the plate: You like to work in the team and get proactive. Language Applied: Very good knowledge of German and English as well as safe handling of MS Office complete your profile
