Employee After Sales Management - Spare Parts Management (m/f/d)

Do you want to accompany spare parts processes not only, but actively control and develop them? In this role, you combine technical understanding with commercial thinking, keep track of complex processes and bring your ideas into close cooperation with various disciplines. This means for you: You will create spare parts suggestions for our plants, customers and worldwide branches. You take the price formation for spare parts and update the prices regularly with a view to margin and competitiveness. You collect and analyze regional and global spare parts numbers and take concrete measures from them. You develop the necessary processes and IT tools or define the technical requirements. You accept internal and external enquiries and process them independently. You create offers and take over the operational order processing in the spare part area. The dates in commissioning, assembly, packaging and shipping are reliable. You monitor stocks and envelopes of spare parts in our consignation and corporate warehouses. The future spare parts requirement is based on consumption, inventory and relevant key figures. Inquiries from our international licensees are processed both in terms of content and commercially. You coordinate closely with technical support, product management, material management and engineering. Together with the teams involved, you continuously optimize our spare parts processes.

Technical or commercial completion or comparable professional experience Multiannual experience in technical customer service, after sales or spare parts management First experience in project management or coordination of cross-departmental projects Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed Analytical Thinking Power and Good Number Understanding Safe handling of common software in the working environment Good and reliable knowledge of English in word and writing Communication strength and joy of international cooperation Team spirit and willingness to take responsibility
