(Senior) Hardware Developer (m/f/d)

Processing of subprojects and independent projects Structural design of sheet metal bending, punching and milling parts Development of plastic components (first experience of advantage), development prototypes 3D printing and laser sintering Accompanying the products from the design phase to series production Production documents: parts drawings, parts lists, assembly drawings, bending sequences Optimization of components up to series Tolerance assessments of components, assemblies and systems Product maintenance and modification, management and maintenance of CAD data Creation of datasheets, user manuals and documentation Construction of fixtures for assembly, mechanics and equipment

You have completed studies or training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or comparable You like to work in international teams, are safe in English, technical conversation and ready for occasional trips within Europe and Asia You have experience in design with CAD systems, preferably Autodesk Inventor You bring knowledge in sheet metal and component processing as well as in device construction You have ideally gained first experience in plastic part development You have practical experience in handling manufacturing machines such as laser cutters and bending and punching technology You draw from analytical thinking and a high quality and solution orientation You like to work in the team and at the same time convince by an independent and structured way of working
