HR Business Partner International (m/f/d)

Full support for international employees over the entire Employee Lifecycle (entry to exit) Advising executives and employees in subsidiaries Responsibility for recruiting international positions in close cooperation with the country leaders (end-to-end) Ensuring professional onboarding and a positive employee experience Close cooperation with the HR Business partners for Germany and orientation to the HR processes of the parent company and coordination with the Director Corporate Development Coordination with external partners, e.g. tax offices in the respective countries, to ensure legal and efficient HR processes Participation in the further development and harmonisation of international HR processes

Completed studies (e.g. BWL, HR, Business Psychology) or comparable qualification Experience in a HR Business Partner role or in a generalistic HR function Experience in supporting international employees/teams or locations Recruiting experience, ideally in the international context Very good to reliable English knowledge (C1/C2) German knowledge at least on B2 level Structured, independent working and high communication and consulting skills Intercultural sensitivity, pragmatic solution orientation and high social competence
