Project management: independent planning, control and implementation of new building, rebuilding, development and modernization projects in the field of TGA with a focus on electrical engineering Date, Cost & Quality Control: Consistent Ensuring compliance with all defined project objectives across all project phases Coordination & Control: Coordination of all project participants and management of the executive companies for a smooth project sequence Technical design: design and calculation of building equipment and quantity determination of system components Tendering & awarding: Compilation of cost calculations and ready-to-use tender documents and preparation and implementation of award procedures including technical tendering examination HOAI expert planning: independent processing of all performance phases according to HOAI in the field of electrical engineering – especially in the pre-planning of technically demanding projects Energetic concepts: development and participation in energy concepts for modern, efficient buildings Commissioning & acceptance: Monitoring of commissioning and carrying out technical acceptances Documentation: Ensuring complete, structured and comprehensible project documentation

Qualification: Complete study in the field of electrical engineering, supply technology or a comparable qualification – as an alternative a training as a state-tested technician with relevant experience Professional experience: Multiannual practical experience in TGA project management desirable – professional beginners with corresponding qualifications are welcome Expertise: Knowledge of the planning and implementation of electrotechnical structures within the technical building equipment Knowledge of standards: Very good knowledge of relevant regulations – especially AHO, HOAI and VOB System competence: Secure handling of MS Office 365; ideally experience with SAP as well as CAD programs such as AutoCAD Language competence: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Working: Structured, economically thinking and independent – with a strong communication strength and team orientation
