Your tasks:

Take these challenges

• Management of demanding projects taking account of economic and technical objectives
• Leadership of the construction site team
• Documentation and initiation of deficiencies elimination, persecution of warranty work
• Participation in the award of supplier and NU services
• Negotiations with contractors:inside and project participants
• Compliance with quality requirements and dates when using LEAN methods
• Ensuring work, health and environmental protection (SGU)

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete study in civil engineering or comparable study programme
• Professional experience in a comparable position, at least 2-3 years of experience in the development of complex engineering projects
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• Good knowledge of billing and calculation programs such as iTWO or similar programs
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as enforcing and negotiating skills characterize you
