Responsibility of the complete construction management of small to large construction and renovation projects (from 5 to >100 WE) incl. the control of the structures, in particular of domestic engineering (sanitary, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, etc.) Monitoring of construction processes in terms of dates, costs and quality in cooperation with polishing independent offer and upgrade incl. Graduate of the technical engineering / civil engineering or a training / further training to master (m/w/d) in the field of domestic engineering (e.g. sanitary, heating, climate, ventilation) at least five years of professional experience as a construction manager in the construction or renovation / construction in stock Ability to conduct large construction projects independently including full cost and budget responsibility High level of expertise Enforcement and decision-making Joy of responsible and versatile tasks driving licence class B
