Your task

STG Infrastruktur GmbH is a general contractor and civil engineering company focusing on the expansion of glass fiber networks.

In order to expand our Energy business unit, we are looking for a Head of Department Energy Project, which is responsible for and further develops the cables, pipeline construction (gas, water, district heating) and channel construction.

You are responsible for the new acquisition and support of customers in the field of energy and the further expansion of internal capacities and qualifications. Your duties include: You take over the management and further development of the Energy Project division

You acquire new projects in the fields of gas, water, district heating and electricity networks and control the commercial parameters (calculation, supply creation, controlling)

You build new business areas in the energy sector, such as charging infrastructure, electric mobility or wind farm connections

You conduct energy projects independently – in close cooperation with construction management, own civil engineering and assembly teams as well as external contractors

You ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal regulations and quality standards

You develop internal capacities and skills in the field of energy

You represent our company to customers, partners and authorities at the highest level

You have a degree in civil engineering or in utility technology – alternatively another engineering degree with relevant professional experience

You have several years of leadership experience in piping, sewer construction or cable duct construction

You have deep expertise in pipeline systems, welding technology, electrical assembly and relevant standards and standards

You have experience in costing, offering and economic management of construction projects

You have experience in dealing with subcontractors and bringing strong communication and negotiation skills

You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and bring a high level of implementation

You use digital tools in a sovereign way, in particular for controlling, documentation and evaluating technical and economic project key figures

You have knowledge of German and good English and have a class B licence
