Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Supply creation and order processing
• Project billing including processing of partial and final invoices as well as billing of interference message and maintenance operations
• Customer service by phone and correspondence
• Maintenance of customer master data in the CRM system
• Support for project managers:in case of scale and forecast/budget controlling
• Acquisition of correspondence on building law (VOB/B)

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Successfully completed training as an industrial businessman or comparable commercial training
• Professional experience required in commercial project execution
• Embossed economic thinking and action
• Technical basic understanding in project processing
• Professional handling of PC and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) necessary
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
