Completed commercial training, ideally in retail or LEH First experience in trade - e.g. as Head of Division:in, team management or dedicated specialist Joy of responsibility, team leadership and direct customer contact Organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality Willingness to develop and actively grow into market management
