Manufacture of finished parts according to individual customer requirements through the safe and flexible use of all machines in the respective production area Implementation of logistical activities within the working area Participation in maintenance and maintenance of machinery and equipment Active participation in the continuous improvement process (KVP) to optimize processes and quality

Complete training in a technical or craft occupation (e.g. carpenters) or a comparable qualification through corresponding professional experience Knowledge of how to operate and set up format and plate saws, planing machines, mould milling machines and underfloor drawing saws Experience in processing plastics is desirable High demand for quality and precision as well as strong team capability Willingness to work in 3-shift operation as well as high performance and flexibility Advantage of a truck driver license Basic knowledge of English is desirable
