Company profile Our customer is a leading company in the production and manufacturing industry and offers innovative solutions as well as products that set international standards. To strengthen the team, our customer is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR generalist (m/w/d) for the manufacturing and production sector at the Sindelfingen site.

Tasks

Advice and support of employees in all personal questions in the field of manufacturing and production. Responsibility for the entire Employee Life Cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding. Designing and implementing personnel development measures to promote employee retention and development. Support in personnel planning and strategy in production. Analysis and optimization of HR processes and structures related to production. Cooperation with the Works Council and ensuring compliance with labour legislation. Implementation of HR projects, e.g. to improve employee satisfaction or the efficiency of HR processes. Support in implementing measures to promote corporate culture and values.

Requirements profile

Multiannual professional experience in HR management Knowledge of labour law and personnel development. Experience in recruitment and employee support in the industrial sector. Communication strength and enforcement capacity. Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation. Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge is advantageous. Safe handling of MS Office
