Sales Manager/External Sales Service in the D-A-CH Region (m/w/d)

Your tasks as Sales Manager/External Sales Service:

• Active and systematic construction of new customers including independent acquisitions and appointments
• Use of digital tools such as linkedin, databases, networks, etc. for new customer acquisition
• Account management and intensification of customer relationships with existing customers
• Offer creation, as well as price and contract negotiations with new and existing customers
• Coordination of customer requirements and orders and appointment tracking
• Market research to identify product trends and potential new market segments
• Development of strategies for developing new customers and business areas
• Competition analysis and observation as well as participation in trade fairs
• Cooperation with Inside Sales and all relevant departments in the company
• Sales and budget responsibility incl. Monitoring and coordination with management
• Data maintenance in the CRM system as well as preparation of the necessary sales reports

Your knowledge and skills:

• Multiannual experience in sales outside service, ideally in the plastics industry or packaging industry
• Very good knowledge of English for communication with international colleagues
• Hands On and Hunter Mentality, paired with contactful and safe occurrence
• High readiness for travel within the D-A-CH region (mainly Germany)
• Digitally oriented personality with technical affinity and open-mindedness
• Enforcement and independent and responsible operation
