Written and telephone communication with our customers and foreign companies in German and English Order management for overseas customers, order acquisition and tracking as well as creation of order accompanying documents, e.g. Proforma invoices Product advice and supply creation Support in the creation of marketing and sales documents, in the social media account package, as well as in the preparation of international trade fairs and events Support and coordination of customer visits from abroad Pre- and post-processing of international meetings, presentations and videocalls Maintenance of the sales management system and the customer base General administrative tasks in the area of sales, such as travel and cost management for sales management

Successfully completed commercial vocational training with subsequent relevant professional experience, optimally in the international field German and English language skills in word and writing Joy in cooperation with international partners and customers as well as team skills and flexibility Self-employed working with a high degree of responsibility Secure knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, especially in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
