Working Student Technical Writing & Documentation (m/f/d)

Support during work with the editorial system, retrieval and testing of operating and maintenance instructions, data sheets etc. Retrieval and testing of spare parts lists and spare parts drawings Support in the introduction of a content delivery portal Support in compilation, digital storage and provision of customer-specific documentation Printing and packaging of documentation/training documents, handover to the goods outlet Create and print type plates Compliance with editorial guidelines and documentation standards Size: approx. 10–15 hours/week spread over possible working days of Mo., Do., Fr. (half or full-day possible) or Mi. (only possible in the afternoon)

Continuous studies, e.g. in the field of technical editors, mechanical engineering, economic engineering, technical business, information management, media and communication management, educational science or comparable degree programme Technical understanding, technical contexts and information can be prepared precisely Careful, structured and reliable operation Good organizational capability and high detail accuracy Secure handling of MS Office, especially Word and Excel Motivation to work with an XML editorial system/content management system Knowledge of image processing desirable Interest in technical products and plants Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Self-working and team skills Driving license/vehicle/roller recommended for arrival to Achern-Gamshurst (with public transport only difficult to reach)
