Qualification: You are a state-recognized nursing professional with several years of professional experience and have a training course for nursing services or a comparable study in nursing management or nursing science. Digital Mindset: You are happy to actively use and develop digital solutions to efficiently shape processes and relieve your team. Empathic leadership: A high level of empathy as well as a value-adding, motivation-strong guiding style characterize you. Design will & team orientation: You promote an appreciation of your team, develop your team in a targeted way and want to actively shape the future of care.
