Consultant Portfolio Maintenance & Business Support (m/f/d)

The changes associated with the transformation process of the economy directly affect the operational location requirements on site. Against this background, we attach great importance to the development of a structured, proactive stock management (mains management and development) and corporate management. Your focal points include: Systematic stock management and active support of resident companies of all size classes and industries Regular corporate visits, structured demand collection and development of individual solutions in close coordination with city administration and other relevant partners Support of expansion, transformation and innovation projects of existing companies Documentation and maintenance of corporate contacts in the CRM system and preparation of evaluations and decision bases

Complete university studies, preferably in the field of business promotion, public management, urban and regional development or comparable qualifications First professional experience in economic development, regional development, consultancy or a comparable field of work is desirable Good knowledge of current challenges and trends in local economic development and location development (including skilled workers, business areas, digitalization, innovation, sustainability) Embossed communication, networking and moderation competence, safe occurrence and safe handling of MS Office and CRM systems
