Specialist planner for heating, ventilation and sanitary technology (m/f/d)

For more than 15 years, we have been planning building facilities in public areas, including hospitals, office, administrative and residential buildings, as well as kitas, schools and sports facilities. Our office is just a three-minute walk from the city centre of Hünfelder. The train station is in the immediate vicinity, and the A7 motorway can be reached in about seven kilometres.

• Planning and planning of building-technical installations • Creation of cost estimates and cost-effectiveness calculations • Development of performance registers and technical calculations • Object monitoring and participation in construction site appointments and project meetings

• You have a completed degree or a successfully completed technician or master training and ideally already first professional experience. • You are flexible, resilient and used to independent work. • You work team-oriented, are reliable and will be able to handle customers. • You have knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office and AVA software
