Implementation of practical and experimental work in the project Working with fresh tissue including production of cryoplas Extraction of DNA/RNA from different sample materials (fresh tissue, FFPE, blood liquor) Support and organization of the assvervation of the samples in the corresponding cooling media (nitrogen cooling) Documentation, maintenance of laboratory information and management system Fragmentation, adaptor ligation and amplification of DNA libraries for different NGS Sequencing Platforms Operation and maintenance of sequencing machines (e.g. NextSeq, NovaSeq, etc.) and pipetting robots EDV-based documentation of workflows, work under quality standards such as ISO 15189 or DIN EN ISO/IEC 17020
