Expert ESG (f/m/d)

You are an ESG expert:in part of the Sales Management & ESG team and therefore co-responsible for the wide range of tasks of the HCOB's central sustainability area You participate in managing, reporting, communication and documentation of all Bank's ESG activities You support the development and implementation of the ESG strategy in close cooperation with various departments and management You analyze complex regulatory issues in a highly dynamic environment and operationalize them You start external ESG reporting, meet disclosure requirements and start internal presentations and training documents You calculate the operating carbon footprint and support the development of the transformation plan for the Bank's portfolio You prepare the extensive requirements of ESG rating agencies and initiate appropriate measures You are responsible for a variety of topics to ensure compliance with the ESG governance You are researching current ESG topics and preparing this information to address

You have a university degree or a comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on sustainability or Finance or comparable content and already initial professional experience in this area You have great interest in sustainability and the strategic challenges of banks in this context You have a very good understanding of relevant ESG regulations and standards or are ready to acquire this at short notice You have a sense of formulating texts on complex issues – both in German and English You have no fear of a dynamic environment, new issues and questions and the solution of the resulting complex facts You have an independent, solution-oriented way of working, paired with high commitment and team spirit You enjoy professional and personal development and have good knowledge of MS Office products and an affinity for using AI
