Development and implementation of purchasing strategies: building, maintenance and continuous optimization of a strategic supplier portfolio to secure stable and long-term partnerships Negotiation: Own-sponsored negotiation of framework agreements, conditions and delivery agreements for MEGGLE GmbH & Co. KG and, if necessary, for our subsidiaries Market analysis and benchmarking: Permanent analysis of procurement markets to identify innovative procurement solutions and optimize opportunities Supplier management: Selection, qualification and regular evaluation of suppliers, including the development of risk management strategies Cost optimization: identification of savings potentials and initiation of measures to increase cost efficiency and long-term value creation Digitalization in Purchasing: Implementation of modern technologies to make shopping processes more efficient and drive automation Advertising management: coordination and settlement of complaints with suppliers, including the development of preventive measures to ensure continuous quality and performance Project work: Close cooperation with internal departments (e.g. engineering, production) in tendering, identification and implementation of synergy effects and optimization potentials. In addition, active participation in internal projects within the purchasing department, such as the further development of processes, tools and strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the department

Complete studies in industrial engineering, business management with a technical focus or comparable commercial training, complemented by relevant professional experience in purchasing and procurement with a technical focus Detectable expertise in strategic purchasing, including the development and implementation of purchasing strategies and the optimization of supply chains Excellent negotiation skills and sovereign engagement also in complex negotiation situations Outlined analytical capabilities to assess cost structures, market conditions and supplier potential High professional motivation and enthusiasm, combined with a clear design will and the ability to develop creative approaches to optimizing processes Strong social competence, complemented by the ability to work constructively with different stakeholders and to find common solutions Safe handling of modern purchasing tools and methods, ideally with experience in SAP Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
