A completed psychology or business studies with a focus on staff or comparable training Professional experience in personnel management, personnel development and strategic personnel work Team player with high design and sense of responsibility as well as fun in the further development of the staff area Trusted with current personal economic concepts Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality Good handling of current MS Office applications High IT affinity Travel readiness and mobility Very good knowledge of English
