Working Student Regional Board Member - Administration & Communication (f/m/d)

Together with your team, support the strategic development of our customers' portfolio and the design of the interior and exterior appearance of our business units in the region.

With your expertise, do you want to actively support the regional executive? Then, independently and actively participate in the following tasks: You regularly prepare partners:internal, director:internal and manager:internal meetings and prepare presentations and decision-making templates. You participate in the creation and marketing of content via social media (including LinkedIn) and support in the preparation of content, such as the independent writing of texts and emails. You support the Markets department in the areas of marketing and account management, including the evaluation and maintenance of databases (e.g. SAP). You help in planning, organizing and preparing dates and events.

Werkstudent RegionalHead – Administration & Communication (w/m/d) You will be with us with at least three completed semesters of a degree in the field of economics or communication sciences. You bring first professional experience or at least one qualified internship in industry, consulting or a comparable area. Ideally, you have knowledge in project management. You bring the ability to identify and prepare complex relationships from numbers and data. You have a high affinity for social media (especially LinkedIn) and digital formats and you bring industry and trend affinity for capital markets and corporations. You are safe in handling MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Communication strength, analytical and conceptual skills, confidentiality and flexibility are the key to you. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your qualifications.
