In this position, you will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the newly founded specialist team ''Operational IT Systems'' in the Center of Competence Integration, Qualification and Experiments; you coordinate the selection, procurement and configuration of hardware independently, across the team and sector. With your team you contribute significantly to the specification, design, configuration and operation of the systems up to the demonstration. Your team is responsible for operating system elements, such as network components, radios, control elements for battles or entire server racks. In addition, network planning including the IP concept for our systems, such as IRIS-T SLM, falls into your wide range of tasks. Contact with customers and suppliers in Germany and abroad rounds off your area of activity.

A completed study of computer science, electrical engineering, communications technology or a comparable field of expertise, which you have been able to supplement with several years of professional experience, is the ideal precondition for this position. You have a technical confession and a well-founded experience in the selection, integration and verification of hardware components. At best, you already have knowledge of cost and budget planning.
