In this position designed for 18 months, you have the opportunity to introduce your expertise in an important therapy landscape (parent representation). Influence: You take care of and professionally therapeutic advice of oncological and other specialist doctors: in clinics and in the established area You create analyses and evaluations of available market data, e.g. by conducting market and potential analyses and identifying opportunities in the market You create account plans and use the existing budget responsibly You ensure the implementation of account strategies and plans with strict compliance with all internal and external regulations and codes You are driving forward the development of innovative training concepts taking into account current customer needs You participate in congresses, sponsorships and events, as a platform for your customer care and for your own training You support close coordination and cooperation with internal interfaces (sales, medical & marketing) regarding stakeholders insights and information within AstraZeneca to optimize marketing, sales and medical activities You guide the consistent implementation of the corporate strategy and measures (continuation concepts, training concepts) to ensure the achievement of the target, taking into account the individual needs of the respective target groups/customers

Strengths prove: You have successfully completed your economic or scientific studies You already bring out field service experience in the care of specialists and experience in the indication oncology or in other specialty care areas or in special medical care with Ideally, you have product, market and customer knowledge or are willing to work in a targeted manner and to identify yourself with health policy contexts You show a safe appearance with persuasiveness and enthusiasm even in difficult situations You are safe in handling MS Office, common project management tools and CRM systems Innovation and success are important to you and you bring a high level of willingness and initiative with you You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing
