That makes this job interesting for me: In Facility Management at 50Hertz, I actively participate in the daily events at our company headquarters. I take responsibility for commercial processes and ensure that internal processes work smoothly – from cooperation with various departments to controlling external service providers. The diversity of the tasks and the direct effect of my actions motivate me every day. My tasks: I work out the daily operational tasks and tickets and coordinate them to ensure the smooth running of facility management, I process the commercial processes for the facility management and the new construction projects of my specialist area in SAP, I participate in the coordination of events at the company headquarters, I support the processing of the procedures in the access control system and in the cabinet management system, I organise and monitor service providers and other subcontractors, I maintain the relevant data in the facility management systems, I independently agree with different disciplines (including purchasing, accounting, controlling), I continuously develop processes – focusing on digitalization and automation.

I have a completed bachelor's degree, specialistin or comparable commercial training, I bring at least three years of professional experience in the commercial facility management – ideally in the environment of the energy industry, I have good knowledge and professional practice in SAP and good knowledge and experience in MS Office, I am strong in communication and real team playerin, I work structured, independent and solution-oriented, I master the German and English language very well (C1 level). No need, but of advantage: I own a class B licence.
