Developing the business strategy with corresponding analysis of market and technology trends, customer needs and regulatory frameworks Support of the Strategy & Planning department in strategic design and quality optimization of the business field Accompanying change and optimization processes to introduce new concepts and solutions in departments and teams Identification and derivation of action recommendations regarding optimization measures Preparation and coordination of meetings and workshops as well as processing and tracking of tasks and measures

Continuous studies, preferably in an STEM course or alternatively in economic, administrative, social, political or communication sciences Practical experience in business development, marketing, consulting and customer handling Knowledge of relevant application programs such as MS Word, Excel, Zebra BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Databases etc. Communicative competence in word and writing, also in English Quality awareness as well as independent, structured working together with team spirit
