IT Specialist IT Operations in Division Z 6 ''Information and Communication Technology'' (m/f/d)

You create technical concepts for IT use as part of the key IT areas network, servers, clients and printer infrastructure You manage the IT infrastructure (servers and clients) and work on providing new operating system versions and automations with You control your own IT projects, such as rollouts and migrations You assume the operational responsibility of special applications You contribute to the implementation of IT security measures You provide service to IT service desk, first and second level support You serve users in troubles, requirements and during the implementation of IT projects Changes to the area of responsibility are reserved. The place is Dillenburg.

You have the career capability for the senior service in general administration or have a university degree (Bachelor, Diplom-FH) in an IT-oriented study course or a vocational training as a specialist in the field of system integration, successfully completed or practise an equivalent activity with long-term professional experience You have knowledge of IT service / and project management You have basic knowledge of the application of the basic BSI concept or ISO 27001 You are open, communicative and have a pronounced team orientation and a convincing appearance You bring commitment, flexibility and a structured way of working with You have organisational talent and also keep an overview in challenging situations and under time pressure Your very good understanding helps you to quickly get involved in complex issues and new topics You have a very good written and oral expressability (German level at least C2) and negotiation skills. You can also deal with conflict situations in a sovereign way. In dealing with the common office applications, you are safe and routined Knowledge and experience in the operation of laboratory management systems (LIMS) such as WinLims or LabWare and in the application of GMP guidelines (Good Manufacturing Practice) are desirable.
