As a Customer Operations Manager (m/w/d), you are the central point of contact between our customers, partners and construction sites – you make sure everything goes round behind the scenes. Customer communication: You process customer tickets and inquiries via hotline and email Partner Management: You agree with our franchise partners (m/w/d), coordinate partner projects and actively build relationships Project coordination: You coordinate and schedule rework and installations External service providers: You check offers and deliver orders Stakeholder management: You are a central interface to customers, partners and our construction site managers Offer creation: You start offerings for our customers

You go open to people and stand up safe and friendly – even if it gets stressful Enforcement and self-initiative are self-evident for you: you know what to do, and you can do it without waiting for announcements You work in a structured and independent way, keep track of many parallel topics and know when to escalate A good sense of where customers and internally still have optimization potential Experience in customer or partner care and/or sales is of advantage, but no need – even cross-comers: we are welcome to you Flowing German knowledge in word and writing at native language level as well as the willingness to quickly incorporate you into digital tools
