IT-Application Manager (m/w/d) for SAP Cloud ALM or for SAP Success Factors Place of work: Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf Position: Full time (part time is possible in principle), limited (3 years) Job ID: 2026_0429_02 The central information technology department of the Deutsche Bundesbank with around 1,000 employees supports the entire bank in its diverse tasks, including the support of numerous SAP applications in areas such as staff, education, controlling and cash management. For further modernization and digitalization, we are currently looking for two IT application managers / IT application managers, either for support in the introduction of the new SAP Cloud ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) application or for the introduction and implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors cloud-based HR solution. As a member of our team, you support the introduction, support and development of SAP Cloud ALM or SAP SuccessFactors and coordinate the technical integration of the respective application. You advise specialist areas, coordinate requirements, create technical concepts and accompany their implementation. You configure and adapt the respective SAP modules and take over technical integration into the existing IT landscape. You work closely with internal bodies and external partner companies and ensure compliance with data protection, IT security and compliance requirements. You take over the data migration and integration of the systems as part of the implementation project.

Bachelor or equivalent degree of (economic) informatics or equivalent degree of education or comparable knowledge from a long-term professional experience combined with a completed IT training (e.g. professional informaticsin or system integratorin) At least 3 years of experience and good knowledge in application management and implementation of SAP applications Good knowledge of the integration of SAP systems and the implementation of data protection and IT security requirements Embossed analytical and conceptual skills combined with a high degree of autonomy and commitment as well as service and customer orientation Very good communication skills in German and good English skills For the focus of SAP Cloud ALM in addition: Good knowledge and experience in implementing SAP Cloud ALM Knowledge of Data Migration from Solution Manager (Focused Build) to SAP Cloud ALM SAP SuccessFactors also focuses on: Good knowledge and experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Knowledge of data migration from H4S4 to SAP SuccessFactors Experiences with SAP AddOns such as SAP WalkMe and the SAP Enterprise Service Manager
